Column not relating to dates

Should have added, already have them fields related to the Calendar Date table
1st one
Date Renewal CAPS = if([Renewed CAPS]=1, CALCULATE(VALUES(PeriodMonth[Period]),FILTER(PeriodMonth,PeriodMonth[START_DATE].[Date]<=EARLIER([A1B_BOUND_DATE].[Date])&&PeriodMonth[END_DATE].[Date]>=EARLIER([A1B_BOUND_DATE].[Date]))),BLANK())
2nd one
