I am using a CSV data source to power the dashboard. After few data Itretations, when i try to refresh the data file, on particular column is not showing up. I checked the csv seperatley and confirmed that its not populating in power Bi. Need help

As parry2k said, power query will cache the previous table structure in query steps. So if you changed on datasource side, power query table data structure not auto-synced and you need to manually find check query steps and modify cached data structure definitions.
For table filed type and name, normally they are defined in 'change type steps'. (for other query steps who invoked these changed fields, you also need to update them)

After these steps, you also need to publish to replace the old version which sorted on power bi service side.

@Anonymous is this a new column in CSV? Do you have a step to select/remove columns? If it is a new column, at the source, you need to change the number of columns, at the first time connecting, it auto-detects the number of columns and if you add one more after that it will not show up.
