Are your "0-30", "31-60", "61-90" fields in the Values well also? If not, try to put them there. You'll have Client name in the Rows and your other 4 fields in the Values.

"0-30", "31-60", "61-90" aren't fields - they're data.

 

This is a matrix (not a grid/table) so data values appear in both the row and column headers.
