Impactful IndividualColumn grand total
Is it possible to move a matrix column grand total to right instead of the left?
This would make it easier to see it when you get a high number of columns?

After I check the properties of matrix visual, I haven't found any options to setting the layout of matrix grand total.
Perhaps you can try to use custom visuals(e.g. Zebra BI Tables 6.0 for Power BI) or use Dax expression to do some customize with these. Matrix Visual In Power BI: Controling Totals & Subtotals (enterprisedna.co)
