    Please try:

    Last_12_weeks =
IF (
    DATEDIFF ( 'CALENDAR'[Date], TODAY (), WEEK ) >= 0
        && DATEDIFF ( 'CALENDAR'[Date], TODAY (), WEEK ) <= 12,
    "Y",
    "N"
)
