Column Wrapping in a Visual

Let's say I have a table with the numbers 1 to 9.  It displays in a table visual like:

1

2

3

4

5

6

7

8

9

I do not want it to display like that though.  I want it to wrap so the visual can be shorter and still show all the data, like this:

1      4      7

2      5      8

3      6      9

Is there a way to do this in Power BI?

  • Hi,

    According to your description, I create a table to test.

    Here is my test table:

    Please take following steps:

    1)Add an index column from 1 to 9:

    2)Create two columns:

    ColumnHeader = INT(('Table'[Index]-1)/3)+1

    RowHeader = [Index]-3*('Table'[ColumnHeader]-1)

    3)Choose matrix visual:

    4)The result shows:

    Here is my test pbix file:

    Best Regards,

      Hi,

      looks fine what I would like to do. However I can't see the pictures, don't see the examples and I can't replicate.
