Hi everyone,
I need some help with table visuals.
I am trying to build a year over year sales comparision at the customer level in a table visual. I have been able to achieve this in a column chart, using the years 2015 and 2016 as a legend, but can't figure out how to do so in a table.
My data is at the invoice level and appears as such:
Posting Date (day, month, year)/Invoice #/Customer #/Amount
I'm trying to build a table visual that dispalys:
Customer #/ 2015 YTD Sales/ 2016 YTD sales
Is this possible to achieve in a table visual using data that is at the invoice level? I did some research online and looked through the forum but didn't have any luck.
@Colin How you approach this depends on how you plan to visualize this information...
See picture... Let me know if either approach works for you.
Sean,
Thank you for the quick response! The second option looks perfect.
