Column Value based upon Cell (parsed)

I am using the folder data connection to bring in multiple excel workbook (specific sheet). Each one needs some basic cleanup but most importantly I need to add a column based upon the value in Row1 ...

    Thank you...I need to approach this a different way and I succeeded using M but your solution pointed me in the right direction.
