Is there a way to create a slicer that would change the first column of a table?
I would love to be able to have whoever is viewing the table to have the abilty to switch between Employee and Manager

Measure formula is possible to achieve switch fields value between multiple fields but it not able to use as category to aggregate or summarize values.
For your requirement, I'd like to suggest you take a look at the following link to achieve a dynamic attribute filter.
