Column Level Filter within power bi Role

Hi, I have a similar problem like this

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Hiding-columns-or-column-value-depending-on-user/td-p/30874...

Basically what I need is hiding certain columns in the matrix power bi depend on the user login. The solution presented in the above links that used pivot table seems not suitable in my case

Any idea/ suggestion is really much appreciated. thanks !

Andre

Hi @andrehawari,

Based on my research, I am afraid you could not limit data access on column level, I suggest you submit an idea in ideas forum:
