Colours sometimes change on the service

omdavies , Ask the user to clear the cache , refresh and try again. See if this can help

Hi, thanks for the speedy reply.  We have tried the clear cache feature and it did not make any difference.  

 

We also tried in multiple browsers, Chrome and Edge (Chromium Version).  No difference to the affected users.
