Colors and Avatars

Hi, I am not sure where the items circled in the snip from our online PBI version can me edited.

I have looked everywhere I could think of and I am not finding where to do this.  Someone mention that it could be on the page where I publish the report prior to doing so.

I would greatly appreciate any help.

Yes, directly below the Logo, is the App them color, and the following 

color palette:

From what you describe and show in the image in your post you refer to a

Power BI App Logo.   The file size must be less than 45 KB.

 To edit the App, change to the related workspace, and choose

Update app as shown in the image below:
