Color coding

Hi,

I have a combined chart with 2 bars for expense against budget and revenue against budget.

How can I use conditional formatting in Power BI to do the following:

For expenses (%), I want to set it to green if -ve, and red if + ve

For revenue,(%)  I want to set it to red if + ve and red if it is -ve.

Attached a chart for reference.
