Collapsing all tables in Data view
Hi all,
This should be a simple one. In the Data view you have on the right side the "Fields" area, where all the tables in your data model are shown. See capture. You can expand the tables to see the columns underneath. If the model has many tables with many columns this can get messy.
Where is the option to collapse the view of all tables, i.e., to display only the tables names with no columns showing? I think I have used it before but I cannot seem to find the option now.
Thank you.
Hi AlB,
There is no such an option to expanding/collapsing all table at the same time in data view. As a workaround, you can achieve this by toggling the "Fields" pane.

Thanks themistoklis for your reply
You are doing it in the Report view (green rectangle on the left). I was talking about the Data view (red rectangle). It works as you say in report view but in the Data view I don't get that option. See menu I get on the right side on the capture. And expanding/collapsing in the Report view does not seem to change anything on the Data view.
