Collaboration in team

Hi 

I have a scenario where I am the owner of my reports and I publisch it to MyWorkspace (No other worspaces are created).

I am looking for collaboration solution. Meaning, when I am out of office one of my colleagues who also has Perium license and is developer can update and eventually edit my reports. The idea is also that the location (web link) of that report is always the same.

I found one way which is by creating team workspace and then arragne the roles in there ( add people who are contributors and have access to eddit and update the report.

Are tehre any other solutions or do you have some links where the solution i found is explained step by step ?
