The clustered column visual does not display months. When I change the visual to a table the months are displayed. It doesn't matter if I change the X axis type to continuous ...
It is grouping to years. you need to drill down by clicking to view next level or right click on the bar and then next level.

Custom was the name of my column. Try it by selecting your "Scheduled Pickup End".
