I have looked all over for this solution already as I feel like it must be incredibly common. Here's my table and I can explain what I need best from here...
From this table, I want to create a clustered column chart where the x-axis is each Department label, the Rating is the legend selection, but I want EACH Department to have a 100% distribution across all 3 ratings.
So Business Banking would be 74% Achieved, 26% Extraordinary... Finance & Strategy would be 64% Achieved, 36% Extraordinary, etc etc.
Maybe a fly in the ointment is that my data table has a column called 'Performance Year' and has 2020, 2021, and 2022 as values. I am only looking to get 2022 at this time. Not sure if this matters but a lot of the syntax I've tried with "ALL" seems to include previous years as well. There are also BLANK ratings so far (the process is currently open so each day more and more will be entered)... again, not sure if this matters.
Thank you so much to whoever can help!
I think the visual you are looking for is "100% Stacked Bar Chart", not a clustered colmn chart.
