How can you get the Y-Axis Data to Left Jusify on Clustered Bar Chart?

It seems like in a Clustered Bar Chart visual, there is no option under Formatting to modify the axis values alignment.
Currently the default view is this:
There is a setting under formatting options to switch axis position. In case you really need it to be left algned then you can use this option:
Enabling this will give you something like this:
But not sure if this serves your purpose.
