Clustered Bar Chart - Calculated Column Can't be Refreshed Dynamically & Measure Can't be the LEGEND

I have am trying to refresh the calculated column using a parameter. But I know calculated column can't be refreshed dynamically. So, I created a measure for that. But measure can't be added as the Legend. Any idea, how can we add a measure as Legend?
