    I figured it out. 

     

    The measure I needed was: 

     

    Measure = DIVIDE(

    COUNT(DISP_HISTORY[CD Count]),
    CALCULATE(COUNT(DISP_HISTORY[CD Count]), AllSelected (DISP_HISTORY[CD Count)))

I figured it out. 

 

The measure I needed was: 

 

Measure = DIVIDE(

COUNT(DISP_HISTORY[CD Count]),
CALCULATE(COUNT(DISP_HISTORY[CD Count]), AllSelected (DISP_HISTORY[CD Count)))
