Cloud gateway for PostgreSql

Hello everyone! 

I try connect to Postgres via cloud gateway for auto refresh data without my local computer. Now I'm using local gateway in my laptop, but he can't working everytime for refresh data in gateway Power BI because sometimes he off or sleep. Also I using ODBC, because straight connect to PostreSql don't working.

For this questions I want conncet to cloud gateway. How I can do it? In create settings gateway I don't see connect via ODBC and connect via PostgreSql don't working. How I can set up cloud gateway for PostgreSql?

My main task is auto refresh data when my local laptop is off.

2.Create a PostgreSQL instance.
