Hi
Anyone has tried to rename pbix file to zip and extract it then mess about with the unzip file? I can see a lot of folder and files when unzip this and I just wonder if I got the look & feel of the report I like how can I clone the look & feel for my report without redoing everything?
Thanks
Pedzilla
Hi @Anonymous,
Depending on exactly what you want to do there are at least a couple of options:
1) You save your existing model as a "PBIT" file, which is the existing file without any of the data in it.
2) You look into creating a Power BI 'theme'. See here for more info: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-report-themes
Hope that helps,
Alex
Hi @Anonymous,
Unfortunately, it is not yet supported to copy report definition between different .obix files.
Here is a similar idea, you could click to vote it up.
Allow copy and paste between different PBIX's
