Clear URL parameters when navigating between pages

Hi Power BI Community!

I have a number of pages within my report which I'd like people to be able to easily navigate between.

Many people will arrive at a section within the report based on URL parameters.

When navigating between the pages, I'd like those URL parameters to be cleared.

How can I best configure this? I had been using the Button + Bookmarks functionality, but now there are too many pages to fit on the page.

So I tried the Slicer + Dynamic Page Navigation Button feature:

...which works fine unless URL parameters are in effect. Is there a way I can clear the URL parameters with a DAX measure? I tried this to no avail:

Navigation = SELECTEDVALUE('Pages'[Page]), ALL('Items'[ItemName])

 Alternatively, I could use the bookmarks to each page - but I'm struggling to find how to specify these dynamically as there's no 'Fx' if you select 'Bookmarks' as a button action. Is there a DAX measure I could use to link to the bookmarks?

@Anonymous , if you are using URL parameter, then you always have a URL that does not have any parameter, that should work as a reset parameter?

True, I could send people to the URL with no parameters when they click on the button; however this will open the URL in a new tab won't it? This will disable the back button, and isn't the best experience.
