Clear Transform folders

Hi Team,Zubair_Muhammad&nbsp;How do i clear Transform folders &amp; keep only the queries which i want.&nbsp;

Just right click the folder. You will see lot of options like delete, ungroup etc.
&nbsp;
Take a backup of the file before trying these options

&nbsp;&nbsp;Zubair_Muhammad&nbsp;while i try to delete, it showing that it has some reference to other queries.all these queries are automatically generated as a result of establishing connection to foldersbut this looks weird that, i cannot delete those&nbsp;
