I will get value from table 2 to table 1 using TREATAS. TREATAS get values if both calumn value same. but i need, values not have in table 1 but value have in table 2 for compared columns. Now how to get this calumn value.

That's not what TREATAS is for. You are looking for a DISTINCT(UNION()) function or similar.
