If I understand correctly, you are looking to bring in the closing cash as the opening cash of following week and not get into the calc on circular dependency. This is similar to the inventory model where we bring in the Closing Stock of previous period as the Opening Stock of next period. You can apply the logic found in this link to get to the solution:

Cash on Hand = Cash Postion of previous week
Total Cash Available = Cash on Hand + Total Cash Recipets
Cash Position = Total Cash Available - Total Cash Paid Out
