Choosing data for a trendline
Hi jannek，
I have made a test with your data sample, you could follow the steps bleow to get your expected output.
1. Get data from Excel and Edit in Query Editor.
2. Select Date and click Unpivot other columns under Unpivot Colums in Transform, then you will get two columns Attribute and Value.
3. Close & Apply
4. click the More options besides Attribute and select New Group.
5. Group the Production Line AA , Target Prod line AA and Baseline Prod lineAA as a Group. Do the same option for Production Line BB and CC. Then you will get a group column.
6. Create a Slicer with the group colum and create the Line Chart with the six line .
Here is the out put.
For reference, the attachment is my test pbix file.

This is the perfect solution and exactly what I was looking for!
And now I also learned about the unpivot/pivot feature plus grouping attributes.
