Choose 2 categories and compare

In a matrix I want to compare the values of 2 supermarkets with each other and calculate the difference.
I found a work-around where I show the value of the minimum supermarket and the maximum supermarket and compare these values.
Actually, I don't really like that. Is there another way?
It should be something like this:

Hi Anonymous,
I'm afraid the solutions could be similar. Because you want to "choose" 2 categories. We can't hardcode only two categories. What could be the result you expect?

Hi v-jiascu-msft,
In Tableau you can make parameters and use them as a filter. Something like that would at least work.

Hi Anonymous,
I read this post again and found your desired result could be a normal request. Can you share a dummy sample please? That would be easy for us to communicate. The solution could be creating several measures. If you select stores in a slicer, the measures will recalculate automatically.
