Chicletslicer not displaying


Version: Version: 2.42.4611.901 64-bit (January, 2017)

The Chicletslicer is no longer displaying anything, it has essentially ruined all of the dashboards. Anyone, have a remedy to this problem? Even the demo dasboard included with the custom visiaul does not work. 

Our organization packages up Power BI and sends it through HP Radia on a quarterly basis so downloading the most current version of Power BI is not a solution.

    Hi chmoon,

     

    General, Power BI desktop update monthly, it will fix some issues reported in previous version and add some new features. As the ChicletSlicer visual can work fine in desktop 2.44.4675.521 64-bit (March 2017) version, you can contact your HP Radia administrator to update the desktop monthly. Except this way, I'm afraid there is no way to solve the issue.
