Check for 2 condition for every line

Hi All,

I have to check for every line if:

1- it is the last status date regarding every FILE (column A)

AND

2- if the status id is F (column C)

in reality, the answers for the attached table are the green lines --> the last status and the status id is F.

thanks in advanced.

Nir.

Hi @nirrobi. Try this as a calculated column:

Column = (TableName[Status Date]=CALCULATE(MAX(TableName[Status Date]), FILTER(ALL(TableName), TableName[File]=EARLIER(TableName[File]))))
	&& (TableName[Status ID]="F")

@nirrobi

If you want to color cell backgrounds, you can use Conditional formatting like below.

Check for 2 condition for every line_1.jpg
