    This can be easily achieved using a switch,
    Switch(true(),
          title in { "Encik", "Mr." } and Gender ="Male", "validmale,

          title in { "Cik" , "Miss" , "Mrs." , "Ms." , "Puan" } and Gender ="Female","validfemale",

           "invalid")
