I need to create a chart like given below.
X axis will be Department. Y axis will be count of Projects inside each department. Lengends will be "Projects on Schedule", "Slightly Delayed" and "Behind Scheule".
Once we see the chart, we should be knowing how much projects are present in each department under each status.
