Charticulator is not saving the correct colors

I have a dashboard published about 3 months ago and now an error has appeared that it was not there (it is not saving the legend colors). I will post with images to simplify:
I have a Charticulator visual with a grid and each square would have a different ID, but some IDs would have the same categories. When I fill in the legend values ​​and save, it appears to be normal.

However, when I create any filter, for example, a specific name and then uncheck all the filters, it resets the colors

Filtering the name "Oscar":

Now without any filter:

The 4 squares that were black in the legend disappeared because the legend colors were reset.

I have already disabled the "Update Color" field and the "Auto update values"

Could someone help me with this case?

Hi Everyone, My Charticulator Graph has few legends color was assigned now i can see this color has been changed all of sudden and it showing other random colors , I again reassign the color by clicking on EDIT option and Saved.But seems its not saving the assigned colors. Whats the issue? Could you please guide on this.

following this, I have the same issue, the visual now seems to be respecting the Theme colours rather than those set. Haven't yet found an option to disable that...

I have the same issue. Based on @fabricatingdata response, I switched my theme colours to those I wanted to fill my bar chart with.

I only have three different categories/colours in my dashboard, so this worked well.
