Chart with Year and Year-Month

Hello,

I'm trying to output a chart similar to below sample where x-axis is timeline but includes previous few years (eg. 2019-2022) and the monthly bar for the current year (Jan, Feb, Mar, etc.). I'm struggling to combine different elements (year and month) into the same bar chart. Any tips are highly appreciated!
