Chart visuals - no X and Y axis fields!

Hi

When you select a chart visual in Power BI, Under Build visual , I do not  have both X-Axis and Y-Axis. I see only Axis, no X and Y.  Why is that?  Do I have to do any setting?

Seems you see values instead of Y axis.
