Chart visual shifts position depending on legend content

I have noticed that when a filter is applied and it affects a pie chart legend, the pie chart shifts left/right.  Is there a way to prevent the pie chart shifting positions?

    Hi StuartSmith ,

    Sorry but for my test, the position of the pie chart is fixed and will not be affected by filter. Just the position of legend can be modified.

     

    Maybe you want to lock the visual? go to View tabs -->Select Lock objects in Page options

This can be resolved by adding a legend's title. The text length of title should be longer than all the values shown in the legend (include "● ").

 

Take your chart as an example:

 

Legend title:

Exists in the dataset

● Missing Data

● Yes

● Partial
● No
