Chart to show current and previous year data in columns with line showing increase or decrease %

Hi All

 

I found a visual which is useful for my dashboard, however I am unable to produce it with the default Power BI visual. I wonder has anyone experienced the similar column chart below and do I have to download another app and what is the app please?

we have a line and cluster column chart in power bi destop visulization pane, please see the atteched photo for more details.
