I have a table with this structure:

Year_Month	Type	Value	Objective

It is possible to create a chart that, for the current year, shows the bars with values ​​for each month, and for previous years, it shows an average of each year, similar to the figure below?

It's possible, but not easy.
Quite a few manipulations are required in PQ.
