Is there a way to export chart to excel, so the user has a possibility to edit it (e.g. write his own labels, add projection to the future)?

Currently I don't think it is possible to do that, you can export to PDF etc so you can insert it like a picture but I am affraid you can't export it with its interactivity.
There is an idea on the "idea page" which you can vote for. The idea states that it should be possible to export the visuals to excel. A link to the idea is provided below:

Short clarification - charts do not have to be interactive here.
For the users of my reports data in the chart is very useful but they are quite often requested to build projection to the future on the basis of that. They are not Power BI or database experts - so they would like to export, for example column chart - add one or two categories and put the chart in powerpoint presentation.
