Chart a single table with no relations

It literally can't get any simpler than this. I just have a single table with two columns, like this:

I need to chart this but the column chart just shows the same value for every month. I looked up this issue and I see the way to fix it is to add a relationship. My problem though is that this table has no relationships. It's totally arbitrary and stands on its own.

It keeps changing "Total" to "Count of Total". How do I chart the actual value?

you only have one table?

 

you can right cilck the y-axis and select sum
