Chart : Cluster of Bars overlapped with single Bar

1st Picture ) How much each seller grew for each month

                                                           

2nd Picture ) How much the whole group grew in average for each month

                                                           

OBJECTIVE : I want to merge both charts in oder to see the whole information. How much this restricted approach of the market grew for each month but at the same time check out who grew much more or much less than said average growth.

I actually researched a lot and tried to find alternative solutions but I couldn't find any visual nor help on the web.

@ignaciokairuz , The way is unpivoting two columns and have value in one column.

Because even if you use two columns  axis and expand, it will not show sub total in visual

@amitchandak  First of all thank your for replying! 

If I understood you correctly you're telling me to intertwine the monthly average value with the value of each seller right?

I was actually looking for a more appealing and easy-reading approach. What I pictured , is something like placing one chart over the other and increasing the transparency of the average of the cluster one. Kind of like the so called "lipstick" bar chart or overlapped bar chart but with multiple bars inside the principal big one instead of only one.

Does any solution that ends with something similart to what I've pictured come to mind?
