Changing values in one column for specific rows within Query Editor

Hi everyone...

 

I need to change the null values in my active column below, but only for specific rows (the ones I have circled) within Query Editor.

 

Does anyone know how to do this, perhaps with M code?

    Add conditional column like below example then delete Column2
