Changing the X label axis with a text data

According to your description ,you can follow these steps:

1)change the date format , such  as”(ddd,MMMM d,yyyy)”

2) create two calculated columns :

WEEKDAY = FORMAT('Table'[Date],"DDD")

WEEKDAY-NR = WEEKDAY('Table'[Date],2)

3)sort by column WEEKDAY-NR in Data view

4) create table visual ,put field ‘WEEKDAY’ into Axis and  put field ‘Value’ into Values
