I have a matrix that has 3 levels in the row context.
Is there any chance to have the first level in Bold and the second and third level in semibold or non-bold?
Is this possible by using an individual JSON theme?

That is not currently possible. You can only influence the lowest level, all parent levels are automatically shown bolded. I don't think any of this is exposed in the theme files. You can raise an idea if this is important to you.
