Changing the Environment of a Power Apps visual using Parameters

You can remove the fields from the powerapp, go to general pane, and click reset. Then, re-add the fields and you can select the powerapp.
Another option:
Use the pbir format and change the appid in the visual.json to the app of the other powerapp
This does require pbir which is in preview and currently has some limitations.
To find the appid, play the app in the browser and look in the url after /a/
