Changing the Date time zones

Could please help on this power bi

"create a measure to convert each date /time field to one of the following time zones (AST, PST, CST, MST, EST). When we click on any of the time zones, all the times should convert to that of the zone selected."

That I have a date column with each row in different time zones

For better understanding i'm elaborating the query.

Here I have a column that has different datetime zones. I want a column where I can get the datetime in UTC and I want to create a measure or column again in such a way that when I select EST I should get the date and time in EST and so on.

Please reply back if anyone has an idea on this.
