Byzbkr , Under manage parameter. In the suggested value option. You have an option for the query. Choose on of the table /query there

    Thanks. But with this option we can just create list with the existing database names. For example,  our SQL database name is "1234_2021" but while I am choosing my database name in parameters pane from the list I want to see "Apple" instead of "1234_2021". How can I do that in query? Can you give me an example query for that issue?
