Changing tables' relationship from 1:1 to 1:Many

Hello,

I have table A (column_A_1,column_A_2) and table B (column_B_1,column_B_2) and they are both joined on column_A_1 and column_B_1. Initially, it's supposed to be 1:1 and no duplicate in both tables and table A is the "main" table which has ~40 measures. However, table B column_B_1 can now have duplicates which causes problems.

I can create a new table with Table B as the "main" and create a Many:1 relationship but that would require that I change potentially all the existing measures as well as the visuals. I'm hoping to get suggestions on better ways to approach this.

Thanks in advance!

When you set up the relationship, you can actually choose the 1:Many option (right click to access the relevant setting) even if the data reflects 1:1. You can also edit an existing relationship this way.

Hi Paul,

My apologies that my question was unclear. I wanted to do a table join to get all the duplicates.  I ended up having to do that at the query level. From google search, it seems that I'd have to modify all the measures unfortunately.
