I'm using the new Power BI and can't find how to change a year slider from a slider to a list. Where is that feature now?

You can see that arrow option only when your slicer header is ON(highlighted in the screenshot).
After clicking on that arrow, you will see this drop down for List:
You can also, enable select all option by turning on the highlighted toggle in the above Screenshot.

Click on you slicer, you will see a small arrow on the right hand side of the visual, click on that, it will give you the option of List/Drop down. See the below screenshot(have highlighted the icons)
