Hello everybody,
I got a visual in my report that looks like this:
This view will be 1:1 shown when our Managing Director opens the report. The max. value of the x axis is fixed by a specific value (not Auto!) so that the sales / plan figures and the ▲ will be displayed on the right side of the bars within the visual (frame).
This report is used on any sales hierarchy level within the company. Thus the chart will look like this, when a sales manager opens the report.
This last view gives no additional benefit to the reader.
Question: how can I improve on that visual? Is it possible to set the max. value of the x axis dynamically by RLS?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @_FB_ ,
I have a test on myside.
View as Managing Director:
People in this role could see all data. So the range X axis is large.
View as Sales Manager:
They could only see data in their region.
It looks good as well. Please make sure the range of X axis is not fixed. Try 'Auto' in Minimum and Maximum.
Best Regards,
Rico Zhou

Hello @Anonymous ,
thanks for your reply.
I know that "Auto" is a solution, but due to the information that I want to show right outside the bars it will look like this (with "Auto"):
A white font won't help. I could try to make the bar color more transparent.
Additional info: for the labels at the right outside of the bars I am using a detail combined with a measure instead of a value. I think that is the reason why the font colour does not automatically change (see your pictures, there we have white and grey font) when the label are inside or outside the bar.
Is there any other way instead of changing to Auto and adjust the visual design?
